I’m the founder and maker behind Coco Milis, a small-batch bean-to-bar chocolate business based in West Donegal. With a Bachelor (Hons) degree in Nutrition and a passion for real food, ethical ingredients, and honest chocolate, what began as a personal interest gradually grew into a business I now run by hand from my workshop in Burtonport.
Since launching in 2022, I’ve been crafting single-origin chocolate from scratch using simple ingredients and traditional methods, while building meaningful collaborations with local producers and sharing the story of bean-to-bar chocolate with my community.
As a mother and solo business owner, my journey has been one of learning, resilience, creativity, and balancing family life alongside building a purpose-driven business from the ground up.
