At Breac.House, we celebrate local produce and Irish food traditions every day – keeping alive old recipes and re-interpreting others with a contemporary twist. As members of Good Food Ireland and Food Coast Donegal, we believe in simple, sustainable food prepared using the best local, seasonal produce available – we support our local farmers, fishermen and producers who provide quality milk, cheese, fish, meat, cereals, fruit & veg to the highest standards. We also use fresh produce from our own garden and poly tunnel, as well as foraged flowers, plants and herbs from Horn Head and surroundings. We also make all of our own butter, yoghurt, breads, cakes, pastries, biscuits, jams, marmalade and soups in-house, for our guests to enjoy.
