| Donegal Sea Salt is an artisan sea salt producer based on the stunning Fanad Peninsula in Co. Donegal. Sea water is sourced from a private, gravel-filtered Grade A sea water well, further filtered through fine mesh before undergoing solar evaporation in a polytunnel. The resulting crystals are harvested entirely by hand, then oven dried and packed into distinctive telescopic tubes.
Completely natural and mineral-rich, the salt contains no additives, brighteners, or anti-caking agents — nothing added, nothing taken away. The finished product carries a distinct, punchy flavour that is a true taste of the Donegal coast, available in selected shops and outlets across the county and Ireland. |
