New Kid Coffee is Letterkenny’s first — and Donegal’s only — speciality coffee roastery, roasting from their base since 2020.
The whole approach is built around making great coffee less intimidating and more accessible. All beans are meticulously sourced, then roasted in small batches on a German-built Probat roaster by Keith, the team’s head roaster and 2022 Irish Brewers Cup Champion. That’s not a small detail — it means the coffee coming out of this Letterkenny roastery is genuinely among the best in Ireland.
