Tap Up is a tapas restaurant on Shore Road in Ramelton, sitting right on the banks of the River Lennon in one of Donegal’s most charming heritage towns. The menu is seasonal and ingredient-led, with scallops, seafood, and locally sourced produce featuring alongside a range of Spanish-inspired small plates that are generous, full of flavour, and made for sharing.
