Wild Fuschia Bakehouse is an artisan bakery specialising in Irish Bread Mixes. Sian started to produce the mixes in response to customers wanting to take her breads home with them. Now customers can recreate that great smell and taste of home made bread in their own homes. All the mixes are easy to make, are ready in under an hour and only require a couple of additional ingredients to produce that wonderful tasting traditional Irish bread that we all love so much.

Sian also offers cookery classes to small groups wanting to learn about baking bread, making jams and chutneys and a firm favourite, flavouring gins. Sian schedules classes throughout the year but also offers private classes to small groups, So whether you are celebrating a birthday, a wedding or just want a little team building, Sian is there to organise a class to suit your needs.

Can I order your Irish Bread Mixes on-line?

Yes, of course we are happy to help. We have an on-line shop on our website and we deliver all Ireland, including Northern Ireland.

Do you ship to the UK?

Do you ship to USA or internationally?

I cant bake, would I be able to make your mixes?

Of course you will. Our mixes are easy to make and will hopefully give you the confidence to start baking. I am a baker and I use them myself when I am busy because they are quick and easy to make and have guaranteed flavour and texture.

Yes, we offer tailored classes either hands on baking or cookery demos and we can cover bread making, jam or chutney making and a firm favourite how to flavour gins.
